In DJ TR!P's blood lust opus 'Strigoi,' he explores the cravings of a modern vampire. But, unfortunately, the creature's fever for his next feed is similar to that of an addict.

The Romanian folklore-inspired samples imbue a sense of nostalgia for Transylvania, yet the beats lean into breakdance culture. The multicultural lyricism reveals Strigoi's yearning for blood stronger than sex and drugs. The beast is consumed by the scent and taste of his willing feminine victim.

This masterpiece will appease fans of Gorillaz, Beck and Dangerdoom.
